Agricultural Effects<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

CORTE PK is a highly concentrated phosphorus and potassium based solution which promotes the plants natural defenses and induces the synthesis of\u00a0phytoalexins in such a way as to enhance plant resistance against fungus and bacteria.<\/p>\n

The phosphite ion induces the synthesis of phytoalexins that confers to the plant a greater resistance against possible diseases caused by fungi (Phytophthora<\/em> spp.) and bacteria. It strengthens the stem and the roots, so the damages caused by pathogens are lower. It also prevents the rotting in high humidity conditions.<\/p>\n

Potassium intervenes in the water regulation mechanisms of the plant, in the formation of proteins and in the synthesis of carbohydrates (starch and cellulose). It serves as an activator in the processes of cellular respiration and enables the active formation of many enzymes involved in metabolic processes. Moreover, it also regulates the transportation of products derived from the photosynthesis by phloem. It enhances the resistance of the plant to drought, frosts and fungal diseases by increasing the mechanical resistance of the stems and by strengthening the root system. It also participates in the development and ripening process of the fruits.<\/p>\n

  • Olive trees:<\/strong> 200-400 cm3<\/sup>\/hl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Apply during the formation of the root system, flowering and fruit set period.<\/p>\n

      Warnings<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

      CORTE PK is compatible with the majority of fertilizers and phitosanitary products normally used. However, It is advisable not to mix this products with mineral oils, copper compounds, dicofol, dimetoate, dinocap and products rich in calcium or with those products containing a strong alkaline reaction. Maintain out of the reach of children. Maintain away from foodstuffs, beverages and animal feed. Store preferably between 5 and 35\u00a0o<\/sup>c.<\/span><\/p>\n
